Research experience: Give courses in innovation and technology. Has studied management and organization in corporations (thesis 1991) and evaluated the college reform in Norway. Expert on management and organizational forms both in the private and public sectors, and has studied convergence between public and private organizations and sectors. Member and regular participant at EGOS (European Group of Organization Studies), and the CEMP project ( http://www.fek.uu.se/cemp ) between 1998- 2001
